Also know as the Hindu's sacred scriptures.

Rig - Veda = Veda of Hymns
Sama - Veda = Veda of Chants
Yajur - Veda = Veda of sacrifice
Artharva Veda = Earlier version of thee above

The Mahabharta - includes Bhagavad Gita.

I must say the Above Scriptures were the most exciting out of all that I had read, hard to follow along with at times, but surely poetic, and thought provocting.
