There are those people
Who have suffered all their lives.
Looking for happiness and trying
to end their strife.
But what I do not understand... when they find one who cares and who will be a forevere friend.
Why is it them,... who refuse to hold your hand.
Away and far they push all the good thing,
refusing life of love and caring...
When they are blind to see, amount of character in their blessings and their sharing.
They refuse to accept love, they are bent on giving.
They wait for their own day to come, and just pretend they are living.
I know we all once find a person like this...
But... How can one refuse... happiness and bliss.
This I wonder if I ever can....
Will I ever.. if ever.. understand?
Why with love...
they refuse... to hold your hand.
